Account Executive

Job Description

This is a remote contract role for an Account Executive at Apex Tech Staffing. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Your day-to-day tasks will include prospecting and generating leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and Prospect Potential Clients: Utilize various channels, such as networking events, social media, and industry databases, to identify and prospect potential clients within the healthcare industry.

  • Engage with Clients: Initiate contact with prospective clients to understand their staffing needs and challenges. Tailor solutions to address their specific requirements effectively. 

  • Manage Sales Process: Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from initial outreach and qualification to contract negotiation and closure. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM software.

  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams such as recruiters and account managers to ensure seamless execution and delivery of client projects. Provide necessary support and information to facilitate successful outcomes.

  • Meet and Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets to drive revenue growth for the company. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize opportunities and achieve desired outcomes.

  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Cultivate strong and enduring relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships. Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding their evolving needs and proactively offering solutions to meet them.

Commission Structure

  • Competitive commission structure based on total closed monthly sales volume starting at 20%.

  • Exceeding 100% Quota Attainment bonuses

  • Referral bonuses

  • Review bonuses

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Experience in account management or tech sales role

  • Ability to understand client needs and provide customized solutions

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Knowledge of the tech industry, healthcare and market trends

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented

  • Experience with CRM software is a plus

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related experience (degree not required)
